Advantages of using Forman disinfectant block
Saving time, labor, and consumables
Formaldehyde gas is complete, has no surface tension, and is lighter than air, allowing it to penetrate all gaps, crevices, ceilings, floors, and more
Disinfectant blocks are easy to transport and store, occupying very little space
The Farman block does not pose risks such as chemical reactions, skin burns, or skin allergies for the operator during combustion
In this method, formaldehyde gas is released slowly, and due to the gradual reaction, the efficiency is higher, and the gas has more time to disinfect and eliminate pathogens
It has no adverse effects on the environment or equipment
Drug Type: Broad-spectrum disinfectant
Mechanism of Action: Eliminates bacteria, fungi, spores, and viruses through the release of formaldehyde gas
Dosage Form: 450g blocks
Dosage: Each block disinfects 400 cubic meters
Applications
Livestock and poultry farms, feed warehouses, and chick transport trucks–
Setters and hatchers–
Livestock units–
Livestock halls, milking parlors, birthing rooms, feed warehouses, and more–
Meat transport trailers–
Dairy, food, and pharmaceutical factories–
Cold storage facilities for protein products and citrus–
Other areas, including warehouses, grain and feed silos, slaughterhouses, equipment, and transport vehicles–
Notes: Formaldehyde gas is colorless, and the smoke produced by the blocks comes from the filler. To facilitate use, the emitted smoke has been reduced as much as possible
Usage Guide
Turn off ventilation systems, fire alarms, extinguishers, and electronic sensors before starting–
Close gas valves, doors, windows, and all air entry and exit points–
Place the block near a flame for 30 seconds until it begins to burn–
Position the block vertically to ensure complete combustion–
Keep the environment sealed for at least 6 hours–
Precautions: Wear gloves, a mask, and suitable goggles during use. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes or inhaling the smoke
Storage Conditions: Store in a dry place away from flames, heat, and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and animals
