Turn off the system’s water supply and wait for the complete drainage of the system-

Measure the total volume of the drinking system using the provided guide. Fill the system with a mixture of DJ1– and water at a 1:3 ratio

Leave the ends of the pipes open until the solution visibly foams on the ground, indicating that the active ingredients have reached the end of the drinking system

Activate all drinkers and nipples to ensure the solution flows through and clears them completely-

Rinse thoroughly after 10 to 12 hours-

Guide for Measuring Drinking System Volume

Measure the length of the drinking pipe-

Calculate the volume per meter of pipe based on its diameter as follows

1-inch pipe = 0.5 liters per meter-

3/4-inch pipe = 0.3 liters per meter-

1/2-inch pipe = 0.125 liters per meter-

Multiply the pipe’s length by the volume per meter for its diameter. The result is the total system volume-

Example Calculation
For a drinking system with 50 meters of 1/2-inch diameter pipe
50 × 0.125 = 6.25 liters (total system volume)-

Precautions

May cause corrosion on zinc-based metals but is neutral to other metals and polymers-

In case of skin contact, rinse thoroughly with water. If ingested, seek medical attention immediately-
